Admission to school

General Information

The registration of ‘names’ of candidates will not entail any guarantee for seats in the respective classes.

Admissions are strictly based on the ability of the candidates, medical fitness and production of required certificates in original, subject to the availability of seats.

At the time of submitting the completed application form for ‘admission’, the photo-copies of the Birth Certificate and T.C (Transfer Certificate) from the school last attended, countersigned by the Education Department, and Caste Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC) if applicable, must be submitted along with the most recent marks card. Candidates coming from outside the state of Karnataka should also get an endorsement from the Education Department in that state.

Admission to Nursery Classes

Concerning the Admission – I.C.S.E Council has imperatively prescribed age limit as follows:

  1. Montessori : The Child must have completed 3 years as on 1st June.
  2. L.K.G : The Child must have completed 4 years as on 1st of June.

As only a limited number of seats available, parents are advised in their own interest to contact the Principal or the school authorities directly for any useful information, well in advance. You are therefore advised to register the names of your wards seeking admission to Montessori & L.K.G during the months of December / January.

Special Note: Parents are strictly informed to contact only the Principal for any enquiries or proceedings regarding Admission. Other sources including middlemen will not be entertained.

The School works as per the following timings:

  • Montessori & LKG - 8:45 a.m to 12:00 p.m
  • UKG & Std. I - 8:45 a.m to 2:45 p.m
  • Std. II to Std. X - 8:45 a.m to 3:45 p.m 

The school remains closed on Saturdays (unless notified to the contrary) along with general holidays and school vacation during the academic year.

Regular attendance and punctuality is expected of every student. A minimum of 75% of attendance is mandatory and leave of absence is subjected to formalities. In case of ailments, any leave beyond two days should be forwarded by a Doctor Certificate.

  • Mid-Term vacation : Between September and October.
  • Christmas vacation : December.
  • Summer vacation : April and May.
  • Managing Trustee - 9:00 a.m to 12:0 p.m (Mon & Wed)
  • Headmistress - 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m (Mon to Fri)
  • Office - 9:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m (Mon to Fri) / 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m (Saturdays)
  1. Information about any change in the schedule of events will be intimated through a circular.
  2. Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom or the school building without taking a permission slip from the office. If the child is to be taken out during the school hours, a permission slip should be first obtained from the office.
  3. Parents are expected to formally approach either the co-ordinators or the Headmistress regarding any problem or assistance.
